Powertrain technology

Several variants of energy recovery by means of recuperation are included, as are power constancy and energy management. The ECO Assistant determines the most efficient driving style, supported by a sophisticated thermal concept. The standard heat pump uses the waste heat from the electric drive and the high-voltage battery to heat the interior. And when it comes to charging, Mercedes-Benz promotes the use of electricity from renewable sources.
