The Ultra-Rare Ferrari Vignale Is Put up for Auction

 RM Auctions is set to put one of the world’s most unique Ferrari builds under the hammer next month. Only 22 units of the 1953 Ferrari 250 Europa were built before the introduction of the second edition, and of these 22, only four were bodied by Vignale. The car to be auctioned was shipped to New York in 1953 and exhibited at the World Motor Sports Show at Madison Square Garden in 1954. After changing hands multiple times, the car finally ended up in Switzerland where it underwent a 3,800-hour restoration, before returning to the U.S. to win the 2015 Cavallino Classic award. This model will come full circle when it is auctioned at the Driven by Disruption event in New York. Check out the photos below.
