Renault Kwid variants breakup explained

Renault’s latest entrant into the market, the Kwid is all set to hit Indian showrooms this month.

The Kwid will be available in four trim levels – Standard, RXE, RXL and RXT. Powered by a 799cc three-cylinder motor good for 54bhp, the Kwid's lightweight construction translates into a kerb weight of just 660kg which helps it achieve a fuel economy figure of 25.17kpl. The Kwid will get 13-inch tubeless tyres on all trims along with a standard five-speed manual gearbox. Here’s a look at the equipment on offer:

The Renault Kwid is 3,679mm long, 1,579mm high and 1,471mm wide. It gets an impressive 2,422mm wheelbase and a ground clearance of 180mm. The car will come with as many as 60 accessories for detailed personalisation, and Renault offers a 2-year/50,000km warranty.
