Renault’s latest entrant into the market, the Kwid is all set to hit Indian showrooms this month.
The Kwid will be available in four trim levels – Standard, RXE, RXL and RXT. Powered by a 799cc three-cylinder motor good for 54bhp, the Kwid's lightweight construction translates into a kerb weight of just 660kg which helps it achieve a fuel economy figure of 25.17kpl. The Renault Kwid is 3,679mm long, 1,579mm high and 1,471mm wide. It gets an impressive 2,422mm wheelbase and a ground clearance of 180mm. The car will come with as many as 60 accessories for detailed personalisation, and Renault offers a 2-year/50,000km warranty.
